The inaugural Casino Operations Summit! Loosely based on a concept I introduced years ago. Learned from feedback I received from Casino Operators and Suppliers to the Industry.

Three days filled with presentations from speakers that are experts on their fields, not afraid to take a position and who have travelled from far -in some cases- to share their insights with the audience.

Fireworks guaranteed with two Key Note Speakers on day 1.

Key note 1. All Casinos look at `the Millennial` as a potential future (or not so future) customer. Can we learn lessons from retailers who -also- thought they knew what Millennials really want? Want motivates them? What will make them come to your location AND return to your location?

Key note 2. Players feel the theoretical payback percentage of games. Or do they? Scientific research suggests that this believe held by many Slot Managers might not be correct. Let`s bring speakers from both sides of the discussion and end day 1 with a panel discussion, where Academics meet Operators and Suppliers. Just to be sure, there is a first-aid kit standing by!

Day 2 will see more relevant presentations for Managers of Land-Based Casino Operations. Hoping we will live in a world ‘past COVID 19’ in June 2021, we will include topics on ‘lessons learned’.
